Perinatal & Postpartum
Education & Support Services
Insurance-Eligible Doula Support
These visits are designed to provide gentle, evidence-informed education and emotional support during pregnancy and the early postpartum period. Unlike private doula care, these insurance-eligible visits are typically shorter (often one to three hours) and may be limited in number depending on your coverage.

During our time together, I offer calm guidance around newborn care, feeding expectations, sleep rhythms, and what to expect emotionally and physically after birth. Families also receive simple teaching tools — such as visual guides on wake windows, feeding frequency, milestones like returning to birth weight, and other newborn basics — so you feel supported long after our visit ends.

I also hold space for your questions, check in on your well-being, and help connect you with additional community and mental-health resources when needed. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and never alone as you begin this new chapter.

These visits may be available at no cost to eligible Medi-Cal patients through participating programs.
